an okay experience
convenient locationhelpful staffcramped buildingslow wifi
the location was good for getting around. i could walk to the train station, and that was very handy. the staff at the front desk were helpful, i asked them about directions more than once. i appreciate they were always available.
the building felt a little cramped to me, with small hallways. it gave the whole place a dark feeling and i think the windows are old. also, i didn't think the wifi was very good, it was slow to connect sometimes.

The location is central. Everything is within easy reach. Wynyard Station is nearby. Many coffee shops and restaurants are also close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the comfortable king bed. I slept very well.
The housekeeping did not vacuum the floor properly. I noticed a few crumbs.

The Superior King Room featured a comfortable king bed. It included a large bathroom with nice toiletries. Best quality bed linen covered the bed. The pillows felt new and very soft.
