Central Location with Comfortable Amenities
convenient location clean room complete amenities
The hotel is convenient, located a short walk from major attractions. George Street is only a three-minute walk. The room was very clean with complete bathroom supplies. I found the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion to have a pleasant Ylang-lang scent.
I experienced very noisy air conditioning in my room. It was not possible to switch it off, quite disruptive during the night.

convenient location friendly staff delicious restaurant efficient storage
I found the hotel's location very convenient, being near both the harbor and train stations. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful with every request. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Storing my luggage on my last day was easy thanks to the available luggage room.
The shower water was unable to drain efficiently, which caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

an okay experience
convenient location helpful staff cramped building slow wifi
the location was good for getting around. i could walk to the train station, and that was very handy. the staff at the front desk were helpful, i asked them about directions more than once. i appreciate they were always available.
the building felt a little cramped to me, with small hallways. it gave the whole place a dark feeling and i think the windows are old. also, i didn't think the wifi was very good, it was slow to connect sometimes.

Excellent City Stay
central location friendly staff comfortable bed easy stay
The location is central. Everything is within easy reach. Wynyard Station is nearby. Many coffee shops and restaurants are also close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the comfortable king bed. I slept very well.
The housekeeping did not vacuum the floor properly. I noticed a few crumbs.

The Superior King Room featured a comfortable king bed. It included a large bathroom with nice toiletries. Best quality bed linen covered the bed. The pillows felt new and very soft.
